This was the dramatic scene yesterday in a poor neigbourhood, in a place where there wasn't any water in the houses. It happened on a winter's night, when it was snowing. Three people were injuried, after the incident, but they are alive.
It all began at seven pm on the fifteenth of August, when someone went to the council to tell them that they didn't have any water in the neigbourhood. At first, they ignored them, but finally, come workers made a hole in the road, to put the water pipes. As soon as the workers began, the incident happened. A day after making the hole, the road was dangerous (because it was covered with snow and ice), and the people who were in the car didnt see anything. Then, when there wasn't anybody, the car skidded because the snow was frozen and it fell into the hole. After a few minutes, a women saw the incident and called an ambulance. Later, the doctors rescued them from the car and they took them to hospital, but it was imposible to get the car out.
